Trump declares US-Russia relations may be at "all-time low"
WASHINGTON (AP) — Laying bare deep and dangerous divisions on Syria and other issues, President Donald Trump declared Wednesday that U.S. relations with Russia "may be at an all-time low." His top diplomat offered a similarly grim assessment from the other side of the globe after meeting with Vladimir Putin in Moscow.
Florida cop charged after shooting unarmed black therapist
A US policeman who shot and wounded an unarmed black therapist who was trying to help an autism patient has been arrested and charged with attempted manslaughter, officials said Wednesday. The shooting happened last July in Miami outside a group home where the man with autism lived and behavioral therapist Charles Kinsey worked. It triggered protests in Miami among the Black Lives Matter movement.
