ATLANTA (AP) — In a story April 2 about a fire that caused part of an interstate highway to collapse, The Associated Press erroneously reported details about a man accused of starting the fire. Arrest warrants say Basil Eleby discussed smoking crack before the fire started, but he is not accused of smoking crack under the highway before it collapsed.
